Prices, stock and payment

Prices are shown in South African rand. The final checkout shows the amount payable, including the selected delivery charge and any accepted promotion. Stock and prices are checked against IVOPS at checkout. Saving a wishlist, requesting an alert or viewing a quote does not reserve stock. A payment-provider return page is not itself proof of payment; fulfilment follows verified payment and allocation.

Delivery

Normal courier orders paid before 16:00 SAST on a working day are targeted for same-day dispatch. Courier dispatch and transit exclude weekends and South African public holidays. Johannesburg metro is estimated for the next working day after dispatch, and most other areas for about two working days; remote areas may take longer. Dates are estimates and courier tracking provides progress.

Uber delivery is offered only for a supported address, eligible parcel and available pickup window. The customer sees a live quote before checkout. Pickup is booked after payment and packing. A pre-shopping quote expires and the final basket/address must be checked again. Pickup hours are Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–13:00 SAST, closed Sunday; new instant orders close 30 minutes earlier.

Gifts, bundles and reviews

Gift messages are available at checkout; gift wrapping is not currently offered. Suggested bundles use the current individual prices. Reviews are accepted against verified delivered purchases and moderated for relevance, abusive content, spam and personal information—not whether the rating is positive.
